What you'll be doing

We're looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high quality, customer-focused support. You will assist with day-to-day support, patching and updates to ensure optimal performance and reliability for our high-value client. As part of a team you will manage incidents, service requests, changes and problems, providing timely resolution and high-quality updates to records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support of the server hosting solutions (Windows, RHEL, VMware, and Azure)
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including as-built designs, standard operating procedures, work instructions and knowledge articles
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for application hosting environment issues, minimizing downtime
  • Patch and maintain the server hosting environment to ISM requirements
Working Conditions
  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Mandatory Australian citizen with NV1 security clearance

  • Exposure to applying security best practices in line with the Information Security Manual (ISM)
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing system (ServiceNow)
  • Relevant industry certification
