Job Responsibilities
  • Source and acquire supplies and services needed for the company's operations.
  • Conduct negotiations with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers in the Resources industry.
  • Regularly review supplier performance and ensure a consistent supply chain.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments for efficient procurement tasks.
Candidate Profile
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Relevant qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or similar field.
