What's the role?

You'll be the driving force behind property deals that shape the future of our communities. Based in Bankstown, this full-time role is all about backing bold ideas and helping property clients turn vision into reality. You'll be out there winning new business, growing your network, and making things happen—with a crew of specialists behind you and a brand that believes in doing things differently.

What do I need?

We're looking for someone who's got the spark, the smarts, and the hustle. If that's you, here's what you'll bring:

  • You know property finance inside out—especially construction and investment deals.
  • You're a natural connector, with a strong lending background and a sharp eye for structuring deals.
  • You've got a solid referral network and the drive to grow it even further.
  • You're confident navigating credit and cashflow conversations with ease.
  • You bring energy, ambition, and a vibe that makes people want to work with you.
