  • Raise invoices with Xero, and link the job to XPM -- ensure the job states are up to date
  • Check invoices if had been allocated to the job and close the job off after
  • Go through daily and send relevant ATO documents out through Smart docs
  • Stay on top of ASIC debts for clients through Nowinfinity
  • Sending out tax returns via FYI & Annature
  • Onboard new clients and send out ethical letters

  • Reconciling accounts
  • Process payroll for clients
  • Developing and assist with preparation of BAS

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Responsibilities

Administration
  • Raise invoices with Xero, and link the job to XPM -- ensure the job states are up to date
  • Check invoices if had been allocated to the job and close the job off after
  • Go through daily and send relevant ATO documents out through Smart docs
  • Stay on top of ASIC debts for clients through Nowinfinity
  • Sending out tax returns via FYI & Annature
  • Onboard new clients and send out ethical letters

Bookkeeping
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Process payroll for clients
  • Developing and assist with preparation of BAS

Requirements
  • Must have a qualification in accounting or bookkeeping such as a Certificate IV in Accounting
  • and Bookkeeping or higher
  • Several years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with a proven track record of managing financial records and preparing financial reports
  • Proficient in using bookkeeping software such as Xero, XPM, MYOB
  • Must have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional analytical skills to be able to interpret financial data and provide insights to clients or employer
