We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with Weekend MaxMara in our Sydney David Jones Store.

Weekend Max Mara offers a sophisticated, relaxed wardrobe and outdoor wear for women who want to look chic in their leisure time. About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to maximise store sales and profit, drive customer satisfaction, and oversee staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand the brand presence with a customer-centric approach.

About you
  • Store management experience within a luxury boutique, with success in a high sales environment.
  • Genuine, authentic, and diverse approach to maintaining and growing customer relationships in a luxury space.
  • High attention to detail with store standards and retail operations.
  • Proactive, go-getter attitude with ability to implement positive change through action plans.
