Location: Brisbane, Australia

Salary: AUD 150,742 - 171,215 (Annual Gross) — Please note this range is indicative and may be subject to adjustments based on internal processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Interact with business functional users and stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Create Epics, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria as needed
  • Conduct Fit/Gap analyses and propose solutions for identified gaps
  • Prepare wireframes, process flows/maps, and presentations around system design
  • Create functional solution designs addressing business, interface, and performance requirements
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CRM based on requirements
  • Conduct end-user and admin training sessions, show-and-tell sessions, and tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
  • Review functional test cases against acceptance criteria
  • Serve as the client's main point of contact throughout project phases, manage issues and risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Skill / Competencies

ESSENTIAL

  • Experience as a functional lead on end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations
  • Experience in creating process flows using Visio, PowerPoint, or equivalent tools
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security model
  • Hands-on experience with D365 CRM product configurations

PREFERRED

  • Experience in user training and showcases
  • Experience working in Agile projects and using JIRA, Azure DevOps
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and proactive engagement
