They are now looking for an experienced Civil Site Manager to oversee projects across civic, commercial, and transport sectors. If you're a motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to take the next step in your career.

The Role:

As Civil Site Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the daily operations on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll take ownership of safety, quality, and culture on-site, leading by example and driving positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations, including subcontractors, suppliers, and crews.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Lead a positive site culture focused on getting results and solving problems.

Address challenges and ensure projects stay on track.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or Site Manager in civil construction.

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, approachable style.

Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with teams and clients.

Proactive, solution-focused approach to managing projects.
