We are seeking and experienced Executive Assistant to join Hamilton Chase Pty Ltd as the EA to the CEO.

The Director and CEO is a qualified tax lawyer and has been a finance professional for nearly four decades, he is owner and director of Momentum Wealth Management Group, specialists in asset management and wealth accumulation who deliver trusted, tailored and strategic financial advice. He is also founder and director of Hamilton Chase, an investment fund specializing in property development and private company investment.

Through these ventures, he directly and indirectly manages over $21 billion, with excess of 30,000 clients and a construction business that has completed over $1 billion in completed (predominantly residential) projects. His extensive knowledge of financial markets, banking, and investments make him a go-to expert for media quotes on investment, banking, economic analysis, and alternative asset classes.

As EA to the CEO, you will be accountable for;

Providing front-line representation, efficient and effective support to the CEO in an extremely fast paced environment.

Acting as a point of contact and primary liaison between the CEO, employees, clients and external partners - facilitating communication and information flow.

Acting as a strategic time multiplier, allowing the CEO to focus on high-level decision-making and leadership by handling essential administrative and operational tasks.

Ensuring proactive and forward-looking management of the CEO's daily schedule and meeting requirements.

Coordination and scheduling of meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Arranging conferences, functions and events as required.

Coordinating travel and accommodation when required.

Project management: by taking ownership of key projects as required, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and that CEO's strategic goals are met.

Providing comprehensive business, operational and administrative support across a board range of activities.

About you

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record supporting senior executives in complex, fast-paced environments. You will bring high-level administrative expertise, advanced technological proficiency and the professionalism to work confidently across a number of different business interests (for example, wealth management and financial services, property development and buying and selling heritage vehicles internationally).

Your ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate needs and exercise sound judgement will be pivotal to success in this role.

You will have a blend of organization, communication and project management skills in order to effectively support the CEO.

You will also need to demonstrate;

Advanced skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Outstanding written and oral communication skills with strong numerical skills

Strong organizational and time management skills - with the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum direction

Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Attention to detail and ability to follow processes - with a commitment to excellence

Exceptional discretion and integrity when dealing with privileged and sensitive materials

High emotional intelligence and professionalism, with the ability to remain composed under pressure

Minimum of 7+ years' experience as a senior level EA - ideally supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced, complex environments.

Experience and/or Qualifications in financial services, law or similarly regulated corporate environments would be highly regarded
