About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and enquiries end-to-end with precision and professionalism.
• Provide tailored product and service support using industry knowledge.
• Accurately maintain customer records and interactions in CRM.
• Share customer insights to support service improvements and team innovation.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of service in every customer interaction.
• Support the team with admin tasks and contribute to wider business initiatives.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or client support, in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to a range of customer needs.
• Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with a commitment to delivering great service.
• Experience using SAP or similar systems is highly regarded.
