Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of architecturally designed commercial facilities from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Manage end-to-end site delivery of architecturally designed commercial facilities.
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site.
  • Work closely with internal design, construction, and development teams to bring resort precincts to life.
  • Ensure site safety, compliance, and smooth coordination of all on-site trades and works.
  • Report on progress, budgets, and potential risks, while leading site meetings and inspections.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in commercial construction and experience as a site leader or manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of QLD building codes, WHS regulations, and other relevant legislation.
