About the Company
Our large NSW State Government client functions as a service provider to support sustainable government finances, major public works and maintenance programs, government procurement, information and technology, corporate shared services, consumer protection as well as land and property administration.

About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Integration Analyst to join their team in Parramatta with some flexibility of working remotely from home a few days per week. This is an estimated 11month assignment, with a potential to extend

Reporting to the Delivery Lead, you will be required to identify, review and integrate business and systems improvement including the integration of SAP with myWorkZone S/4 to achieve organisational objectives

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical design workshops, capture business requirements for various downstream applications integrating with myWorkZone S/4 using the clean core principles of SAP.
  • Document the design requirements into Functional and Technical Design requirements
  • Partner with the vendor team to implement the design into solution.
  • Ensure governance of the integrations follows the current Architecture design pattern in SAP
  • Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
  • Ensure test plans include multiple cycles of testing to confirm connectivity and successfully pass and process data between systems
  • Review and analyse test scenarios and requirements and build use cases to create effective test plans.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and developers to understand processes and system functionality.
  • Ensure that test cases cover all relevant aspects of scope.
  • Set up and upload test cases into Testing tool
  • Lead integration testing, defect triage, and work with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Support data migration, mapping, validation, and cutover activities
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure successful job scheduling in Production
About You
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
  • Solid analytical, negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field
  • Government Sector experience highly desirable
  • Strong SAP functional analysis and integration experience.
  • Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management (qTest/JIRA).
  • Experience with data migration and post-go-live support.
  • Knowledge of SAP integration principles and architecture.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
