Job Description

About the role:

This is a hands-on role with a reputable company, offering a stable and rewarding environment to the right candidate. You will be responsible to repair, service and maintain the plant and plant equipment at our Carole Park production and warehouse facility. Some weekend work and shift flexibility may be available when required.

Key Focus Areas Of The Role Include

• Attend to break down calls
• Report any faults or issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Support and contribute to a safe work culture on site including the Take 5 System
• Print, prioritise and administrate work orders
• Distribute work orders to others as requested
• Assist in the design and implementation of a spare parts inventory storage area
  
  

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need

• Trade Qualified – Mechanical fitter and Turner
• Food industry experience (Preferred not essential)
• Strong time management skills
• Computer literate
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Able to work autonomously
• Ability to house-keep work areas to a high standard
• Ability to communicate effectively with production operators
