  • CBD Location | 4 days WFH
  • $150-170k + super + benefits

Position Description

Reporting directly into the Chief Financial Officer, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Leading & mentoring a team of 5 who sit across AP/AR/Payroll
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement
  • Provide oversight to the team and ensure timely processing, acting as a back up as required
  • Identify and implement process automation, streamlining, or system upgrades
  • Optimize cash flow to meet short-term obligations while supporting long-term business goals
  • Support & drive finance team projects
  • Identify team development needs
  • Other tasks as directed by the CFO
Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will have proven management experience in a similar role along with the following attributes:
  • Proven experience managing operational finance teams
  • Sound knowledge of current employment legislation, taxation and superannuation obligations
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Proactive and autonomous
  • Possess ability to identify and develop strategic goals
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • The ability to liaise with a multitude of stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
