Shared Services Manager

Position Description Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to : Leading & mentoring a team of 5 who sit across AP / AR / Payroll Driving a culture of continuous improvement Providing oversight to the team and ensuring timely processing, acting as a backup as required Identifying and implementing process automation, streamlining, or system upgrades Optimizing cash flow to meet short-term obligations while supporting long-term business goals Supporting & driving finance team projects Identifying team development needs Performing other tasks as directed by the CFOCandidate Profile The successful applicant will have proven management experience in a similar role along with the following attributes : Proven experience managing operational finance teams Sound knowledge of current employment legislation, taxation, and superannuation obligations Intermediate Excel skills Proactive and autonomous Ability to identify and develop strategic goals Impeccable communication skills Ability to liaise with a multitude of stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Employee Benefits Extreme flexibility on offer with 4 days WFH policy Days of Annual Leave per annum Access to salary packaging benefits + novated leasing Become part of a period of transformation for a growing business Access to executive-level leadership who are passionate about delivering on a culture of continuous improvement & excellence
