The Role
As Senior Accountant, you'll go beyond the numbers-providing critical insights, strategy, and financial control that directly support the success of tours, artists, and events across the region. This is not your average accounting role: you'll play a key part in the financial heartbeat of a fast-moving, high-profile business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with managers to deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting throughout the tour lifecycle
- Driving financial performance by tracking sales, merchandise, and revenue streams, while identifying opportunities to maximise profitability
- Managing end-to-end finance functions including invoicing, AP/AR, reconciliations, and final settlement reporting
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and contract terms, preparing for artist and stakeholder audits
- Providing strategic support through variance analysis, reconciliations, and creative solutions to unique touring challenges
- Building strong stakeholder relationships through transparent reporting and proactive communication
Your Profile
You're not just technically strong, you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and love the challenge of supporting complex projects with many moving parts. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you also know how to collaborate, influence, and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' experience
- Experience in Big 4 audit highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partnering skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Experience in project accounting (entertainment, media, or events highly regarded)
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- TechOne experience advantageous but not essential
