Overview

At Current Events, we work with national brands to deliver exciting in-person marketing and sales campaigns. We're looking for a Management Trainee who's eager to learn the business from the ground up, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a leadership role. This is an entry-level role with a clear path to progression, ideal for individuals who are ambitious, outgoing, and ready to start a career in business, marketing, or leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Learn the foundations of sales, customer service, and brand representation through in-person events and promotions.
  • Support campaign setup, execution, and customer engagement at retail and event sites.
  • Track performance metrics and provide feedback to improve results.
  • Participate in team workshops focused on leadership, recruiting, and training new team members.
  • Work closely with management to learn how to run daily operations and support overall team success.

  • Strong communication and people skills – you enjoy working with others.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, coachable attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
  • Available full-time, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is helpful but not required.
