With this unique opportunity you will help to directly influence the development of lab systems and procedures to support full-scale production in the near future.

We're seeking skilled Process Laboratory Technician's to support the delivery of high-quality analysis for a potassium-rich Crystalliser Pilot Plant, with future expansion into Sulphate of Potash (SOP) operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the eXcellerate Process Engineer/Supervisor and working alongside a dedicated pilot team, successful candidates will be responsible for;

• Conducting timely and accurate assays using ion chromatography, spectrophotometry, and titration
• Supporting process control decisions with clear, actionable data
• Assisting in sample collection across the pilot facility
• Maintaining strong safety and housekeeping standards in the lab
• Collaborating with the Laboratory Team, helping to shape the build-out of a new, permanent analytical lab
• Upholding data integrity, lab quality practices, and occasionally stepping up into a supervisory capacity

About You

Preferred candidates will bring;

• 3+ years' experience in an analytical lab (ideally supporting operations or pilot-scale environments)
• Certificate IV Laboratory Techniques or higher (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with standard titrimetric and ion chromatography methods
• ICP-OES experience (advantageous)
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and independent work ethic
• Experience with LIMS and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
