Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Operator - Crystalliser Specialist to support the safe and efficient operation of our large-scale Crystalliser Pilot Plant.

This is a key opportunity to work on an industry-leading renewable-powered development and contribute to the growth of sustainable mineral production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day operation of the pilot crystalliser plant, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Precision sampling and brine movements for process control, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Routine equipment maintenance and fault troubleshooting, with a focus on preventive measures.
  • Supporting a strong safety culture through leadership and collaboration with the team.
  • Providing feedback to enhance process optimisation and improve overall plant performance.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in mineral/salt processing or a similar industrial environment.
  • Certificate III Process Plant Operations or relevant trade/engineering qualification (desired).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on maintenance skills, with ability to work independently.
  • Valid manual 'C' Class driver's license (essential), with forklift and confined space tickets (desired).
