The Watch Dealers is seeking a permanent full-time Retail Manager to lead operations at our Robina location. This role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and leading a motivated team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Overseeing day-to-day activities of the retail store.
  2. Leading and directing staff, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management.
  3. Creating and enforcing policies and procedures to optimise operational efficiency.
  4. Tracking and evaluating sales performance and financial metrics.
  5. Managing financial operations, including budgeting and preparing reports.
  6. Building and maintaining supplier partnerships, including negotiation of terms and pricing.
  7. Executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention.
  8. Handling customer complaints while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  9. Adhering to and enforcing safety protocols to ensure workplace health and safety compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Diploma-level qualification in Retail Management or at least three years of relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail management discipline.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a store.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.
