ERM is seeking a motivated Change & Transformation Consultant to join our growing Change and Transformation team in Melbourne, Australia. Our team helps clients navigate complex change by putting people at the center of strategic change, from strategy through to implementation.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated consultant to support behavioral change within organizations and develop effective communication strategies and execution. This role involves assisting our clients with their sustainability business transformations using your Organizational Change Management skills: impact assessments, change strategies, stakeholder engagement, capability and capacity building, and communications. Change areas include all aspects of the business: people, process, data, and technology.

In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify and implement change management strategies aligned with our clients' goals. The ideal candidate will have previous corporate or consulting experience with change management methodologies, especially communications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, recommend, and deliver change strategies
• Manage and implement core change activities such as stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, organizational readiness, communications, and training
• Identify communication needs and execute strategies using strategic and tactical communication skills
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute change and communication strategies
• Create and deliver impactful communications through websites, videos, events, newsletters, social media, SharePoint, presentations, surveys, and conferences
• Ensure change management and communication activities are completed on time and within budget
• Define and measure success metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Environmental Science, or related field
• 2+ years of consulting experience with organizational change, planning, and executing internal communications and employee engagement campaigns
• Proven success in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing, or communication activities, and organizational readiness
• Strong knowledge of change and communication models
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client handling and creative thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients confidently

Preferred Requirements:

• PROSCI certification encouraged
