Job Description

As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of this busy venue, including staffing, service, quality control, and other operational tasks.

You will utilize your service background to educate and improve your team, elevating the customer experience. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and product evolution, with you as the face of the business. As Venue Manager, you will:

  • Have experience as a hands-on leader who can influence a positive workplace culture
  • Oversee all daily operations, including shift management, cash and stock handling, sales targets, and overall presentation
  • Be responsible for training and ongoing team development
  • Manage other operational elements of the business
  • Implement processes and standards to ensure effective front-of-house operations
  • Ensure customer service of the highest standard
  • Build strong rapport with guests and clients

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience as a senior leader within a premium, high-volume establishment
  • A highly structured and organized approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional management skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and people
