About the RoleWe are seeking a driven and capable Senior Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator who's ready to take the next step in their dental career.
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee day-to-day reception operations, support both admin and clinical teams, and work closely with leadership to continuously improve practice performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a 2IC role, with a clearly defined pathway to Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage daily front desk operations
- Support and empower admin and clinical team members
- Oversee bookings, billing, reporting, and KPIs
- Train, mentor, and uplift team performance
- Drive process improvements and uphold patient service standards
- Collaborate with leadership on operational strategies
- Minimum 12 months of experience in dental reception (senior or team-lead level preferred)
- Confidently managing workflows in a busy practice
- Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
- A proactive team player with leadership potential
- Passion for people, growth, and continuous improvement
