Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for their Infrastructure Services. This role is pivotal in leading the Level 3 Observability team, driving the shift from reactive to predictive technology management using advanced tools and data. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, building, and running the Observability practice as part of Network Secure Services.

What you'll do:

As a Manager for Infrastructure Services, your role will be multifaceted. You will lead the Level 3 Observability team in designing, building, and running the Observability practice. Your excellent leadership skills will be utilised in managing various aspects including L3 support, tools, ML Ops, onboarding, L2 support, product management, and analytics. Your technical expertise will be crucial in driving the adoption of observability tools such as Splunk, App-D, Elastic, OTEL. Your strategic thinking will enable AI-Ops and optimise data use to improve customer experience. Your commitment to achieving KPIs will ensure high satisfaction across enterprise technology domains.

  • Lead service delivery and drive adoption of observability tools such as Splunk, App-D, Elastic, OTEL

What you bring:

As an Infrastructure Services Manager, you bring a wealth of technical expertise with Splunk, App-D and Elastic, OTEL. Your leadership skills have been honed over 3-5 years leading technical teams. Your background in Service Delivery Management and AI-Ops will be highly valued. Project Management skills and Commercial Acumen would be advantageous in this role. Your ability to drive adoption of observability tools and enable AI-Ops will be crucial in this role. Your commitment to optimising data use will contribute to improving customer experience.

  • Strong technical expertise with App-D, Elastic and Splunk, OTEL
  • At least 3 years experience leading technical teams
  • Experience in Service Delivery Management and AI-Ops is desirable
  • Project Management skills are advantageous
  • Commercial Acumen is beneficial
  • Ability to drive adoption of observability tools (Splunk, App-D, Elastic, OTEL)
  • Capability to enable AI-Ops and optimise data use
