The Telegraph Hotel Geelong is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team. The successful applicant will liaise with hotel management to oversee day-to-day operations of our very busy restaurant, with a focus on dinner services and assisting with functions and events.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, with a focus on dinner services and assisting with functions and events.
Key selection criteria
  • Minimum 3 years experience in restaurants or cafes
  • Exceptional communication, organisational and customer service skills
  • Ability to lead by example with a hands-on approach
  • Strong food & beverage knowledge including dietary requirements and restrictions
  • An eye for detail
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and closing shifts
  • RSA
  • OH&S knowledge
  • Must be living locally with no visa work restrictions

This position will provide a stepping stone to develop your management skills. Wages will be according to the Award and are negotiable depending on your experience.
