With full in-house capability at our Hendra Head Office, we are able to design, manufacture and deliver a complete static, digital and integrated signage solution.

About The Opportunity

As our business expands, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Project Manager to join our Media & Signage team based at our office in Minchinbury NSW.

As a Project Manager your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

  • Manage projects from start to finish as well as any associated variations to the project.
  • Ensure all variations, EOTs, progress claims and invoices are prepared in a timely and accurate manner and consistently with the contractual documents.
  • Manage the installation team and ensure system compliance in terms of safety obligations / processes and completion photos.
  • Manage and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of projects you manage.
  • Ensure weekly WIP reporting is issued to customers for projects.
  • Ensure accurate project invoicing / completion forecasting.

About You
  • Minimum 5 years signage industry experience
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities and your time effectively
  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Diploma in Frontline Management or Project Management is desirable
  • Construction blue card or a white card is desirable
