In this role, you\'ll be responsible to…
- Coach and develop top talent to optimise performance and engagement
- Effectively prioritise key business activities (customer, employee, operational, financial) to achieve targets
- Develop and sustain productive customer relationships through prioritisation of customers and their needs
- Ensure services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and Konekt standards
- Achieve revenue and profit targets whilst managing costs
- Utilise financial analysis and data to effectively plan, budget and troubleshoot
- Billable work, in line with your Allied Health discipline

- Experience or knowledge of New Employer Service delivery and ability to drive strong return-to-work outcomes in this service
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- A current Working with Children Check
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
