You will be responsible for monitoring Banking activity in Money Movement, assisting with return payments, refund requests and actioning Super Stream response messages. The role also involves assisting clients who contact us via phone and emails.
This role is based in our new state-of-art Head Office located in Cremorne (only 400m walk from Richmond Train Station). We offer hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Minimum 1-2 years banking or financial services preferred.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills.
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
- Actively participate in team meetings and engagement activities.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
