We are a national NDIS provider, delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Physiotherapy services.

Job Description

Employment Type: Full Time or Part Time
Remuneration: Negotiable based on experience
Location: Office + WFH

We are open to discussions with OTs of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

Your day will include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help participants improve their quality of life
  • Supporting and advising on environmental adaptations in home, school, work, and residential facilities
  • Recommending Assistive Technology to assist participants with functional limitations and promote independence
  • Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload
  • Proactive, motivated by improvement and innovative ideas
  • Desire to work in a fun, collaborative, supportive environment
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
