About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to step into the role of a Clinical Supervisor. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sharing knowledge, empowering others, and driving excellence in therapy outcomes. You will support our team to deliver impactful services and build capacity for both participants and colleagues.

What You'll Do

  • Support your team by providing mentoring and guidance, including those completing their EFS program and early-career therapists, ensuring confidence and competence in their roles.
  • Drive clinical excellence by championing evidence-based practices and new initiatives developed by leadership.
  • Foster professional growth through learning and development activities to upskill the team.
  • Achieve impactful results by collaborating with the team to meet clinical targets and implement solutions.
  • Be a role model by promoting Everyday Independence's values and Clinical Model to inspire colleagues.

What We're Looking For

  • Endorsed by your supervisor as a Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist Practitioner.
  • NDIS Behaviour Support Registration Suitability Letter with extensive experience in community-based and/or disability settings.
  • Ability to complete reports within timeframes for submission to the NDIS commission.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset.
  • Commitment to mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
  • Understanding of contemporary therapy practices and a passion for achieving participant outcomes.
  • Ability to influence and inspire, fostering confidence and capability in others.
