Applications are invited from suitably experienced persons for the Ongoing 0.79 FTE position of Education Support Officer to commence in 2026. This is an Education Support Employee Category B Level 2 position under the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement 2022.

The successful applicant will be available to work 5 days per week. This is an Ongoing position beginning on Tuesday, 27th January 2026.

Staff employed at St Brigid's must demonstrate an ongoing commitment to adhering to all Child Safety Policies and Procedures, maintaining a child safe school environment. This includes but is not limited to reading and signing a St Brigid's Child Safety Policy and Code of Conduct prior to commencement.

Selection Criteria:


• A commitment to the Catholic ethos


• A commitment to Child Safety Standards and the wellbeing of all children


• Ability to work as part of a team in a flexible learning area


• A commitment to working with teachers to implement individual and group learning adjustments to support student outcomes.

Special Requirements

  • Current Working with Children Check
  • A commitment to Child Safety and a knowledge of Child Safety Standards.
  • Certificate III or higher in Education Support is preferred
