Your role will include: * **Designing solutions for our clients** in mechanical services engineering (HVAC) across a range of industries, including Digital Infrastructure, Defence, Health, Education, Sports and Commercial**.*** **Leading teams of multidisciplinary designers** to deliver coordinated solutions to meet ever changing market conditions.* **Enabling the development and progression** of junior team members as a day-to-day people leader.* **Collaborating on projects** with architects, project managers, stakeholders and other professionals to integrate mechanical solutions into diverse building projects.* **Implementing cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices** to enhance building functionality and reduce environmental impact.
