With a strong presence in the Australian market and a reputation for excellence, our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced State Manager to lead their NSW operations.

The Role

As State Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and market leadership in NSW. This is a high-impact role where you will:

  • Lead sales, business development, and market engagement efforts across the state, with 7 direct reports and an overall team of approximately 20.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Inspire, mentor, and support a talented sales and account management team
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with vendors to maximise business opportunities
  • Ensure financial and operational goals are consistently met or exceeded
About You

We\'re seeking an ambitious leader with:

  • Proven experience in a State Manager, Regional Manager or sales leadership role, with strong leadership capabilities
  • A background in electronic security, electrical /electronics, ICT or related technology field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, motivate, develop, and guide high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results
  • Strong sales expertise with a consistent track record of exceeding targets
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, with the proven ability to build strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Commercial insight to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities and who thrives on leading teams in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-focused environment
