Are you passionate about cooking delicious food?

Can you also mentor a young man to expand his cooking skills?

We are currently looking for a support worker who is available Monday afternoons - early evening to assist a young man to plan meals, shop, cook, and host friends for dinner.

Shifts :

  • Monday - 12pm - 6.30pm (approximately)
  • Additional shifts may become available

This role will suit someone who :

is a confident and experienced cookhas a wide repertoire and can cater for omnivores, vegans and morecan help mentor around healthy (but yummy) food choicescan model skills and break down cooking tasksis fun, energising and motivatingcares and wants to make a dierence.Training and support provided

Essential Requirements :

Previous cooking experience (paid or unpaid)Willingness to work collaboratively with the person, his family and other supportersNDIS Worker Screening CheckFirst Aid and CPR CertificationLicence and own vehicle (preferred)
