Due to new growth within our business and expansion of our current work we can offer an immediate start for an experienced PMO Manager to join our corporate team based in either our Melbourne or Brisbane office.

As the PMO Manager at CoMade, you will lead and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure consistent delivery of projects aligned with organisational objectives. You will establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and governance frameworks, providing strategic oversight and performance monitoring supporting project managers and stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone with a tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

Key role requirements

• Implement project reporting requirements to align with contract and corporate requirements.
• Drive system integration with client and CoMade systems as well as internal project delivery, finance and procurement processes and implement into project plans.
• Interface with project managers, commercial teams, and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop procurement programs and cash flow forecasting to align with project procurement timelines.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring multiple years of experience as a PMO Manager or Project Controls Manager within construction, engineering, or a similar industry along with:

• Proficiency in project management software preferably MPower
• Strong commercial and contract acumen, previous involvement in project tracking, reporting, and managing documentation
• Sound communication skills with a proven track record of building effective client relationships
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing project schedules, budgets, and reports.
