About the role

We are looking for someone who loves talking to clients. At LongView, we don't just focus on service; we focus on the entire experience. That's why we have team members 100% committed to building trusted relationships with our clients, while other members perform the highly administrative and important tasks that can seriously clog up our day.

What you'll do

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with our valued clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Conduct 20% of routine inspections
  • Perform final inspections

The Perks

We take the majority of the admin away so you can focus on building relationships. We have fully dedicated resources that manage most of the following activities for the Senior Property Manager:

  • Entry Condition Reports
  • Routine Inspections
  • Administration
  • VCAT processes
  • Open for inspections

Experience / Qualifications

  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • Minimum 2-3 years of property management experience
  • Most importantly, a team player
