Overview

Location: Canberra, Australia. This is a client-facing consulting role within the Transformation Practice's Defence team. The role involves providing advice, services and support to Defence clients to help defend Australia and its national interests, promote security and stability, and support the Australian community as directed by the Government.

Note: These positions require Australian Citizenship and a willingness to undertake Baseline (or preferably NV1) clearance to support work with Defence. For more information, visit the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency site.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams effectively, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Manage client relationships and address their needs proactively.
  • Oversee budget and resource allocation for projects.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members.
Practice Context

The Business & Experience team provides multi-disciplinary expertise to help clients envision, design and deliver capabilities to achieve their strategic objectives. We work across elements including:

  • Capability definition, design, development and costing.
  • Systems engineering.
  • Operating model design.
  • Business requirements and process mapping.
  • Service model design.
  • Journey mapping and service blueprinting.

Qualifications / Experience

We are seeking candidates at multiple levels, from Associate through to Director, who can contribute to Defence and Government projects and grow within the Defence sector.
