About The Role

We're on the lookout for experienced Warehouse Operators to join our Bradford team in Ingleburn. Reporting to the DC Manager, you'll be part of a close-knit logistics crew that prides itself on safety, efficiency, and delivering top-notch customer service.

These are permanent opportunities supporting the Day shift (6am – 2pm) or Afternoon Shift (2pm – 10pm).

No Two Days Are The Same – You'll Be Hands-on With Forklift Operations, Manual Handling, And All Aspects Of Warehouse Logistics, Including

  • Safely loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
  • Putting stock away in designated WMS locations
  • Picking and assembling customer and STO orders
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
  • Operating forklifts (counterbalances with various attachments and high reach)
  • Using RF scanners and WMS for accurate inventory management

About You
  • Current forklift licence – counterbalance & high reach (essential)
  • Solid warehouse experience and manual handling capability (up to 30kg)
  • RF scanning and WMS experience
  • Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and a team player mindset
  • Good safety awareness and hazard identification skills
