Residential Preferred (Non-residential hybrid arrangements are considered)
* Port Hedland Allowance to be only appliesd to residential employees in line with the Town of Port Hedland Industrial Agreement

The Role
The role of Senior - Asset Management is a Fixed Term, Full-Time (38 Hour Per Week, Monday-Friday) position until 30 June 2027.
In this exciting leadership role, you'll be the driving force behind advancing the Town's strategic asset management goals. You'll lead the coordination of complex activities across multiple teams-spanning infrastructure, finance, and operations-to deliver a cohesive, integrated system for managing assets, data, and practices. Your work will ensure alignment with the Town's long-term financial plan and annual budgets.
As a change leader with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for process improvement, you'll analyse and redesign existing workflows to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality-ultimately extending the life of our assets. You'll champion the adoption of emerging technologies and oversee the integration of advanced asset management systems (such as ERP and GIS), while using your business partnering skills to engage stakeholders and bring them along on the journey.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- Degree Qualifications in Asset Management, such as GIS, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field
- National Police Clearance
