We're looking for afull-time Digital Media Specialist(3 days in office, 2 at home) to join our small but mighty boutique advertising agency to help withcampaign management and media operationsacrossdigital and traditional channels.

The right applicant will preferably have1-2 years' experiencein a similar media or digital marketing role, ideally withprevious agency-level experience. You need to be comfortablesetting up and monitoring campaignsin Google,Meta (Facebook/Instagram), collaboratingwith our media and account teams, with the ability tosupport media buying tasksincluding booking, trafficking, and optimisation.

Further, you'll need to be able tomaintain accurate records of media activity, schedules, and budgets, along with experiencecompiling and maintaining regular reporting dashboardsacross various platforms.Assisting with end-of-month media invoicing and financial reconciliationwill be integral to your success.

Beyond that, the ability toparticipate in client calls and campaign briefings, experience withcampaign timeline management and milestone tracking, along withbasic familiarity with additional platforms beyond Google and Meta(LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic platforms) is certainly desirable as well. You should be alogical problem solveranddetail-oriented coordinatorwho takes pride in their work, constantly striving to achieve better. We want someone who isself-motivatedandproactive. Effective communication,time managementandcollaborative teamworkis a must.

Key responsibilities include:

·Set up and monitor campaigns in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager and Google Ads

·Support media buying tasks including booking, trafficking, and optimisation

·Maintain accurate records of media activity, schedules, and budgets

·Assist with end-of-month media invoicing and financial reconciliation

·Compile and maintain regular reporting dashboards, pulling results from various platforms

·Coordinate with media partners on campaign details and delivery

·Support the team in compiling post-campaign reviews and learnings

·Assist in the development and execution of media plans across digital and traditional channels

·Participate in client calls and campaign briefings

·Support campaign timeline management and milestone tracking

Salary range is$80,000 to $100,000 inc. super, depending on experience, and we are open to the prospect of less days if it suited the right person.
