At Linked Solar, we're not just selling solar systems—we're delivering real change. With over 15 years of combined industry experience and a growing team of dedicated professionals, we're looking for a Sales Manager with a strong track record in solar and energy solutions, capable of delivering results, and contributing to the wider shift toward clean, reliable energy.
What We Do
We deliver high-quality solar and electrification solutions including:
Battery storage
EV chargers
Hot water heat pumps
Our goal? Help homes and businesses ditch gas, cut energy bills, and embrace all-electric living.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage and respond to warm, qualified leads—no cold calling
Conduct customer consultations and site visits to understand needs
Provide accurate, honest, and tailored proposals using leading tools (e.g., OpenSolar)
Cross-sell clean energy products where appropriate
Ensure seamless handover to operations and installation teams
Troubleshoot any customer issues post-sale in collaboration with internal departments
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in solar & battery sales
Proven track record of closing deals and delivering outstanding customer experiences
Technically minded with a strong understanding of solar, batteries, EV chargers, and heat pumps
Experience using CRMs and proposal software (OpenSolar, MS Office, etc.)
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities
Passionate about sustainability, quality, and integrity
Full Australian working rights & current driver's licence
Familiarity with brands like Tesla, Sigenergy, Fronius, SolarEdge, Aiko, REC, Jinko and iStore are a bonus
