Join Our Culinary Team : Casual Chef at Mercure Clear Mountain Lodge Spa & Vineyard
Nestled in the tranquil hills of Clear Mountain, just 35 minutes from Brisbane, Mercure Clear Mountain Lodge Spa & Vineyard offers a serene escape with breathtaking views, luxurious spa treatments, and exceptional dining experiences. We're seeking a passionate and skilled Casual Chef to join our culinary team and contribute to our guests' memorable experiences, including event catering and breakfast services.
Immediate Start Available, offering Approx. 3–4 shifts per week - Includes some Breakfast and Weekend Shifts.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with our menu standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food storage areas.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist in menu planning and development.
Provide exceptional catering services for events, including weddings, conferences, and private functions.
Prepare and serve breakfast dishes with variety and flair.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Experience in event catering and a keen eye for detail in presentation.
