We are looking for a keen and motivated Consultant to join the Wills and Estates Planning team and help make a difference to our customers.
Responsibilities- Ongoing, full-time role – 35 hours per week
- Location: Newcastle. This role is customer facing and requires office attendance five days per week.
- Deliver professional, high-quality, and timely Wills and Estate Planning services to the NSW community, including drafting simple planning ahead documents and coordinating end-to-end service delivery.
- Draft and execute legally compliant Wills and Estate Planning instruments, and coordinate venue hire logistics for Plan Ahead Days and community engagement activities.
- Undertake pre- and post-appointment activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Assist with local community engagement events to boost brand awareness and maintain a contemporary approach to service delivery (face-to-face and video conferencing).
- Manage high work outputs and competing demands to generate favourable customer outcomes, ensuring consistency across a large geographic area.

About The TeamThe Estate Planning and Administration division delivers NSW Trustee & Guardian's commercial services in Will making, as trustee, attorney, and administrator/executor of deceased estates. The Wills and Estate Planning team provides a fully accredited Will preparation service, writing more than 13,000 Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents each year.

- Willingness to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents (training provided).
- Willingness to have phone calls and team emails monitored for quality assurance and training purposes; participate in one-to-one review sessions.
- Available to work after hours and weekends as required.
- Willingness to work in the Wollongong office five days per week.
