Key Account Manager - Small & Mid-Size Buildings

Ideagen is seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships within our digital sales team. You will own the customer journey—driving retention, expansion, and success—while collaborating across teams to deliver value through our SaaS solutions. If you are passionate about strategic partnerships and helping SMEs thrive, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow mid-market client relationships, focusing on retention and revenue expansion.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from onboarding to upselling and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate and visible pipelines using Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Deliver tailored SaaS solutions through a consultative, data-driven approach.
  • Identify growth opportunities and structure deals that provide real value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure client success with Ideagen's products.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance engagement and adoption.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience leading high-performing account management or customer success teams in B2B SaaS.
  • Understanding of pricing strategies and renewal mechanics.
  • Proven success in upselling strategic services.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently.
  • Data-driven, commercially minded, and capable of cutting through noise.
