Responsibilities
  • Inspire and guide children's learning through engaging, developmentally appropriate teaching practices and strong classroom routines.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with families to support each child's belonging and growth.
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • VIT ECE registration – provisional or full
