Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact in the Branch, providing exceptional customer service to our customer network.
  • Identify and support customers to explore their current and future financial needs.
  • Undertake transaction activities for customers.
  • Educate customers on using digital banking solutions.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
About You
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Career-minded individuals with a genuine interest in banking.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Previous banking experience is welcome but not a prerequisite.
