Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact in the Branch, providing exceptional customer service to our customer network.
- Identify and support customers to explore their current and future financial needs.
- Undertake transaction activities for customers.
- Educate customers on using digital banking solutions.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Career-minded individuals with a genuine interest in banking.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Previous banking experience is welcome but not a prerequisite.
