Our team is seeking a skilled and proactive Account Manager to join our dynamic group of professionals.

 The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone. They will also be highly organized and efficient, with the ability to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen client relationships through regular contact and follow-up calls.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client concerns and needs, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate client records, tracking contract updates and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients.

 Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in customer success and customer relationship management software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to achieve objectives.
