We're looking for Construction Supervisors to join our team in the North Brisbane region.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise multiple new home builds in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy dedicated scheduling support to prioritise your needs.
- Work within small geographic zones, reducing travel time.
- Benefit from supportive leadership and empowering relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Utilise cutting-edge construction software for streamlined project management.
- Ensure a safe worksite for all employees and subcontractors.
- Proven experience supervising multiple new home builds and/or knock down rebuild sites simultaneously.
- Solid trade background, preferably in Carpentry.
- Cert IV in Building & Construction and a QLD Site Supervisor's license.
- Current, clean driver's license.
- Strong communication skills, able to build trust with stakeholders.
- Unlimited kms and full personal vehicle use in an unbranded vehicle.
- Flexibility in work schedule for a healthy work-life balance.
