The RoleAs the Marketing Lead for Digital Channels and Media, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing and media initiatives across all customer touchpoints. Your role will focus on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion by leveraging data-driven insights, innovative content, and cutting-edge digital channels. You will lead the planning and orchestration of integrated digital campaigns, ensuring that messaging, creative, and targeting work seamlessly to amplify brand impact and deliver measurable results. This hands-on role calls for a strategic thinker and proactive operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Key Responsibilities- Digital Strategy & Media Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across digital customer touch points, optimising for customer acquisition and brand visibility.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and external partners to design and deliver high performing, integrated digital campaigns (including search, display, social, video and programmatic)
- Performance Marketing: Drive measurable performance outcomes (CPL, CAC, ROAS) by managing digital budgets, targeting strategies, and real-time campaign optimisation.
- Content & Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of compelling digital content and creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity and audience preferences.
- Data & Analytics: Implement and manage digital analytics frameworks, measuring campaign performance and delivering actionable insights to enhance ROI.
- Audience & Segmentation: Define and refine digital audience targeting, segmentation, and personalisation strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Agency & Partner Management: Lead relationships with digital agencies, media partners, and technology vendors to ensure strategic alignment and delivery excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure consistent, customer-focused messaging and integrated go-to-market plans
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing or media manager roles.
- Proven success in managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Expertise in paid digital media (search, social, display, programmatic) , SEO, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute high-impact digital strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Experience working cross- functionally to inform digital strategy, managing external agencies/partners.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Experience in scale-up or fast-growth environments is highly desirable.
