Overview

We have an interesting Compliance Manager position with a growing business that provides cost efficient services in a B2B environment. This is a lean, dynamic, fast paced and hands-on environment. You will have broad exposure to the leadership team and be a key contributor to the efficient running of business processes.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the quality assurance activities including a team
  • Assessing and integrating regulatory, external requirements and technology change
  • Interpreting and operationalising contract and regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring that operational risks and controls are managed, implemented and efficient
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to design optimal processes to enable an efficient and positive customer experience
  • Ongoing review of processes and policies aiming for continuous improvement and business optimisation
  • Providing compliance advisory to the business and partners
  • Background in Compliance and/or Risk Management
  • Experience working in a call centre or sales operations environment, i.e., utilities, technology, energy, pharmaceuticals, broker networks, financial services, etc.
  • Prior experience working in a lean environment and ability to be hands-on
  • Prior experience conducting training activities to call centre and sales staff
  • An energetic and dynamic personality that likes to be work in a fast-paced business
Requirements
  • Background in Compliance and/or Risk Management
  • Experience working in a call centre or sales operations environment (utilities, technology, energy, pharmaceuticals, broker networks, financial services, etc.)
  • Prior experience working in a lean environment and ability to be hands-on
  • Prior experience conducting training activities to call centre and sales staff
