What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong account management and lead generation skills
  • A background in 360 Recruitment within an agency setting
  • A track record of exceeding targets and delivering results
  • Outstanding candidate and client relationship skills
  • A positive, energetic, and resilient approach
  • A team-first attitude with a drive for success

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Developing and executing strategies to attract top talent
  • Developing and strengthening relationships with clients
  • Leading industry sectors by staying updated on relevant trends
  • Engaging in client and industry events to provide insights
